Prof.Dr. Ospan A Mynbaev has received his PhD in 1992 confirmed by Higher Attestation Commission of USSR followed by the period of his postgraduate studies in Academic VI Kulakov Research Center Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology and Russian Scientific Center of Surgery BV Petrovsky 1988-1992; ScD in 1997 conferment by Higher Attestation Commission of Russia followed by the period of his postdoctoral research in Academic VI Kulakov Research Center Obstetrics, Gynecology and MV Lomonosov Moscow State University 1993-1997; MSc MedPharm in 2006 followed by the period of his research in Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Ghent University 2004-2006. Antonio Simone

Antonio Simone Laganà was born in Reggio Calabria (Italy) on 8th May 1986. He is of Member of the Italian Association of Endometriosis, Society for Reproductive Investigation, European Society of  Human Reproduction and Embryology, International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, Italian Society of Gynecology of Childhood and Adolescence, Italian Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, European Society of Gynaecological Oncology, Italian Association of University Gynecologists. He got a Master of “gynecological minimally invasive and robotic surgery” (University of Pisa), developed an intensive surgical training in the Univerzitetni Klinični Center, Ljubljana (Ljubljana, Slovenia) and obstetric/gynecological ultrasound training in the Altamedica Main Center (Rome, Italy). His research interests are: Endometriosis, Reproductive Immunology, T cell subsets, Chronic Pelvic Pain, Genetic of Mullerian-Derived Structures, Gynecological Endocrinology, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy. He is author of many papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals, and his presence is often requested as Invited Speaker in international congresse


Director, Franklin University of Medicine and Science

Dr. Kwak-Kim has gained national and international recognition as a leading scientist in the field of reproductive immunology and infertility. Her scientific contributions include more than 200 articles and abstracts published in prestigious medical journals. In 1995, the International Congress of Reproductive Immunology awarded Dr. Kwak-Kim a Certificate of Excellence for her paper on natural killer cell suppression by IVIg treatment. In 2002, the American Society for Reproductive Immunology awarded her the J. Christian Herr Award for outstanding achievements in basic or applied research. Her abstract also won the Outstanding New Investigator Award. In 2011 Dr. Kwak-Kim received the Lawrence R. Medoff Award from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science for outstanding contribution to Research, Teaching and Clinical Care.

Dr. Kwak-Kim was Chair of the 21st and 22nd Annual Meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Immunology (ASRI), and she has also served as a Treasurer of the ASRI. Dr. Kwak-Kim completed a very successful two-year term as President of the ASRI, followed by a two-year term as the organization’s Past President.

Franco Vicariotto

Franco Vicariotto, Medicine Doctor (Ph.D.medicine), is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is now senior consultant of San PIO X Hospital of Milan. He has been deputy head of division of Ob/Gyn. of Niguarda Hospital of Milan for almost 20 years where he had conducted important researches in the field of Infectious Diseases in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is one of the founders and Vice-president of the scientific society Esidog Italia (European Society for Infectious Diseases in Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and the member of the National board of S.I.C. (Italian society of Contraception). He is author of many publications and recognized moderator-spokesman in specialized conferences in Italy and abroad.

Tamer Seckin

Co-founder of Endometriosis foundation of America

Dr. Tamer Seckin is a board-certified gynecologist and internationally renowned specialist in minimally invasive laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. He is one of the few accredited gynecologic surgeons in the United States who has advanced training in the deep laparoscopic excision of endometriosis. Dr. Seckin runs a private practice in New York City and has more than 30 years of experience. He is also the co-founder and medical director of the Endometriosis Foundation of America. He has dedicated his life to the understanding and treatment of this little-known disease.
